Big Joe opens the show with the Dark Alliance coming out and interrupting him. Stan Sweetan comes out and challenges Mustang and Pysco Mike to a losers leave Mid-South match.Big Daddy D makes the match offical.
First match: Blake Christopher def. Clayton Cool by pinfall
Second match: Sassy Vegas def. Scott Sterling by pinfall
Third match: Irish Mike def El Chipacabra by submission
Fourth match: Minotaur def. El Diablo and Omega by pinfall in a handicap match
Fifth match: Da Bayou Boys and Half-Breed def. Trucker Jones,Rocket and Kano by pinfall in a 6 man tag match
Sixth match: Stan Sweetan came out and announced the Terry Bryant was not there. The Dark Alliance came out and said The Players Club had to forfeit the match,but Sweetan had other plans. He walked to the back searching for a tag team partner. Then you heard "Who's Your Daddy". Kevin Northcutt came out and was Sweetan's partner. The Dark Alliance hit Sweetan with a loaded cereal box. Then hit the ref. The Dark Alliance's ref came out and counted the 123 in favor of the Dark Alliance.
Stan makes the announcement that although The Players Club can not wrestle for Mid-South does...

Mid-South Wrestling Results from Feburary 7,2009

Mustang and Physco Mike come out and challange The Players Club for a title match in the main event but the Players Club Wants the match now. Mustang brings out "his own ref" to handle the match. Trucker Jones and The Rocket come out to join the Dark Alliance. The Players Club lose the Tag Team titles to the Mikes as a result of the ref.
Half breed defeated Phycosity
Irish Mike,Clayton Cool, and Mike defeated Flip and Da Bayou Boys
The Rocket defeated Blue Chipper for the Light Heavyweight Championship
Trucker Jones defeated Scott Sterling
Big Joe wrestled Sam Houston but the match was a draw due to the Dark Allaince interference
Chris Ericson came out and said he would not wrestle Kevin Northcutt in a hardcore match because he did not sign a contract to fight a hardcore match. The Commissioner Big Daddy D told Kevin that if you used the chairs that were brought to the ring he would fine him and Kevin said he had deep pockets so it didn't bother him.Kevin held off using the chairs till the very when he slamed Ericson through 2 chairs. American Cancer Socity Relay For Life Benefit

On Saturday March 7, 2009 Mid-South will return to Chackbay,La at the Gumbo Fest fair grounds. Bell time is at 1:00pm. There will be a band after the wrestling named Southern Image they play swamp pop,country,and classic rock. This a wrestling for a great benefit all proceeds go straight to the American Cancer Socity's Relay for Life. This is the 4th annual Carnage for a Cure. So come out and support a great cause. Mid-South Wrestling Results from January 10,2009

Big Joe comes out and announces that they will be a new commisioner taking charge, Big Daddy comes out and tells Big Joe he will defend his title against Pyscho Mike and tells him to go back to the lockeroom to get ready. Big Daddy D then calls out Dude Cruise cause he's sick and tired of him talking trash and interfering in everybody's matches for the past few months, Cruise comes out and Big Daddy D confronts him by telling him that tonight he will be the ring announcer, Cruise refuses and walks off, Big Daddy D then tells Cruise if he leaves he will never step foot in a Midsouth building again and he will be gone forever, Cruise then comes back and accepts the offer. Big Daddy D then calls out Stan Sweetan and G-Money and talks about the condition of the tag team titles of it not been defended in 3 months due to the absence of Tasty Terry, Big Daddy tells Stan to defend them tonight with a partner or out or he will be stripped the tag titles, Sweetan agrees as the match is made.

Hello again Mid-South fans. We apoligize for the back up in the website and the monthly newsletter. Due to Hurricane Gustav the person who runs the website and the newsletter has been unable to keep things up but they are back and will have a lot of new stuff soon.
